The purpose of this site is to make available editorial material. Those who wish to receive image files of cartoons may contact John Francis Borra via e-mail at veritatis@eaglecom.net. Linking to and pasting from this site are permitted, but the following MUST be understood and followed.

1. John Francis Borra retains all rights to his work.

2. At this time, John Francis Borra does not require compensation from non-profit groups for use of his material, though free-will offerings in any amount are welcome. An exception is made if they are to be used for generating income, which requires prior permission. For-profit publishers must contact him for permission and terms.

3. John Francis Borra's work may NOT be altered.

4. John Francis Borra's name, blog URL and email address MUST appear in association with his work, whether it appears in print or on-line.

5. John Francis Borra should receive a copy of (or link to) the publication (or site/blog) in which his work appears.

6. John Francis Borra is available to develop cartoons, illustrations and other material to your specifications.
